Spend your summer working within Echo's Managed Trans team! Partnering within teams and across departments and Account Executives, who serve as the main point of contact for managing the shipping process for our clients, including ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing and proactively notifying the client of any changes.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to start June 3, 2024
• Will be a Senior in fall 2024
• Able to work in our Chicago office (600 Chicago Ave) 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week

RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• You will partner within teams and across departments and serve as a point of contact for managing the shipping process for our clients
• Learn how to offer solutions based on shipping patterns and needs
• Gain problem solving and communication skills to react quickly to issues that arise.
• Assist in coordinating daily shipments through phone, email and Echo's client-facing web portal
• Gain competency with Echo's technology and educate clients on the benefits of leveraging it
• Partner with other departments across Echo to track shipments, resolve any discrepancies and file claims completely and correctly in a timely manner
