As an Account Executive at Universal, your goal is to help manage customers and help aid in moving their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions. You will have the opportunity to build solid relationships with customers while working in a team environment.
Job Duties:
· Manage day-to-day operations for accounts
· Accept/decline loads
· Rate spot business
· Build relationships with customer contacts
· Assist in building loads/appointments/portal updates if needed
· Provide solutions oriented communication and resolve issues
· Work with coverage team to ensure we are meeting service expectations
· Look for account growth opportunities

Salary range $60,000-$90,000 depending on your incentive earnings, which are based on performance.
