Coverage Dates: November 26, 27, 28 - potentially 25 and 29 December 26, 27, 28, 29 January 17, 18, 19 February 14,15,16 March 14,15,16 April 11,12,13 Need at least one weekend per month and occasionally a full week Call Start/End Time: 7am-6:59am following day We are scheduling through April for now and may need to extend beyond that Facility will accept multiple providers Call 24 hours, Clinic 8-5 Clinic patients per day: 15 Call night/weekend Support Staff: 4 ACPs and 2 Mas Age of Patients: 0-17 (Trauma only to 15) Inpatient/Outpatient Setting Phone Consults: 10 Call Patients Seen: 10 Call Ratio: 1:4 30 minutes call response time required EMR: Cerner Board Certified - Required Fellowship Required Active FL License – Required ACLS, BLS, PALS Required Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
