Description:
Clinic work M-F typically
Rotating call with other providers
Setting: Clinic and home visit setting.
EMR: CERNER
Support Staff: Standard clinic
Comfortable working with Geriatic patients
Any Required procedures? The only procedures would be occasional joint injections, and ear lavages
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified
Active AZ/IMLC License
Clean Malpractice/background
COVID VACCINATED
