- Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a cleanliness and tidiness of Locker Room facilities, including restrooms, showers, and changing areas.
- Assist members and guests in locating lockers.
- Monitor the usage of lockers and ensure compliance with club policies and regulations.
- Provide fresh towels and amenities as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and orderly environment.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail.
- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Qualification Standards:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks, as well as standing for extended periods.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential member information.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as per club events and functions.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices.
