Position: Lockbox Rapid Extractor
Schedule: Approximately 30-40 hours per week. 8:30AM - 3:30PM. Monday - Friday
Duration: Though end of August
Lighthouse Payment Services is looking for qualified individuals to assist with our daily high speed mail opening process
Responsibilities:
- Prepare envelopes and extract envelope contents via automated mail opening workstation
- Validate and sort remittance docs for high speed scanning based upon customer-specific procedures
- Identify and document any unprocessable remittance for return to customer
- Process and document non-standard envelopes and return receipts
- Daily emptying of workstation paper waste into an on-site paper shredding bin
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent coordination and dexterity
- Strong organizational skills
- Maintain extreme attention to detail with highly repetitive tasks
