Responsibilities

• Monitor/manage hedged pipeline through TBA trading
• Reconcile TBA Settlements with broker dealers
• Conduct various reconciliations on daily reports to identify and address potential risks
• Post company interest rates to the Optimal Blue platform
• Provide sales support by managing lock desk functions, including but not limited to lock extensions, relocks, and loan changes
• Aid in the product development process
• Execute bulk bid locks with investors
• Execute/maintain best effort locks with investors when applicable
• Manage contracts with FNMA and FHLMC
• Perform administrative tasks within Optimal Blue such as user and margin management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years experience as mortgage back securities trader preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• Superior Customer Service skills
