Diversified Laboratory Repair® (DLR), a subsidiary of Trane Technologies, is looking for a local Delivery Driver in the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for organizing the warehouse and delivering parts, equipment and tools to commercial work sites for the field service technicians. You will be driving a box truck / over-the-cab truck locally in the area.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts and tools to service job sites.
- Periodically be required to perform minor maintenance on tools and shop equipment to ensure they function as intended.
- Under the direction from DLR Service Solution Leader, and Service Technicians, assist in minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment.
- May be required to use a variety of small hand tools to repair warehouse equipment or vehicles.
- Maintains stock of inventory, company equipment and vehicles including shipping and receiving.
- Maintains and organizes shop/warehouse and ensures MSDS compliance with all chemicals stored in shop/warehouse (keep records of chemicals that need pickup for waste disposal).
- Required to log and track large tools and equipment to and from job site and log any repairs made to the equipment.
- Responsible for refrigerant cylinder recovery and maintenance.
- Operates forklift as necessary.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, HVAC or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience is preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
- Valid Driver's License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's in previous 5 years. DQ is required.
- This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).
- This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and or move more than 50 lbs.
For hourly position: $18-25/hour
