Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor trailer flatbed and tarp if raining, as loads can't get wet
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts as needed
Skills:
- Valid CDL Class A (Commercial Driver's License) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and safe operation

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
