About the Role
In this role, you will work with the public to deliver a great customer experience and have a strong sense of duty and care for your fellow employees. You'll spend time between working reception at the front desk in a very busy environment and performing patrols, audits and responding to incidents including first-aid response (training is provided to all team members).
What You'll Do
- Provide support to a department or management group
- Responsible for all activities at the lobby, public areas and conference rooms
- Make appointments, answering calls, direct visitors to correct destinations within the building; responds to general questions from visitors, employees and contractors
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
- Handle unique or complex customer interactions
Who You Are
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management.
- Experience in customer service and/or a high-pressure, multitask environment
- Able to apply broad and established knowledge of the job
- Research process to identify root cause in order to solve problems

Hourly Range: $40.70 - $52.90 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
