The Loan Servicing Specialist II plays a supportive role for Loan Officers and Loan Assistants across various functions. Responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Specialist II encompass a diverse range of Loan Servicing tasks, such as uploading loans to 20/20, processing payoff requests, managing extension/deferral agreements, reconciling floor plans and participations, maintaining Special Assets files, preparing reports, validating file maintenance, and organizing document filing. Effective teamwork and maintain polite and professional communication with co-workers and customers are expected from the Loan Servicing Specialist II.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Two years or more of experience in credit administration or an equivalent educational background
Schedule
- This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.
