Our goal is to maintain necessary Loan Servicing actions including monitoring and maintaining loan collateral insurance information in compliance with credit union policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Arrive at work each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
- Monitor CPI tracking reports provided by contracted vendors for consumer and residential loan CPI deficiencies.
- Process loan CPI add-ons and refunds as well as CPI payment increases and decreases for consumer and residential real estate loans.
- Respond to members and insurance agents by phone or mail to take appropriate action to acquire the necessary insurance information.
- Scan and update business loan insurance information and loan collateral to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of the member relationship management solution and sales program by accurately recording and tracking member encounters.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of financial institution experience.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
- Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
