Sun West is a nationwide full-service mortgage lender with 40 years of experience and is proudly family-owned. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as the liaison between our company and our family of homeowners. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for effectively solving complex customer service issues while delivering best in class service regarding home mortgage loans
Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Call Center experience
- Collection experience is a plus
- Mortgage experience is a plus
- Bilingual - Spanish is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Identify and assess customer's needs
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information

Note: This position has the option to work remotely or from the corporate office located in Cerritos, CA.
