Reports To:Loan Servicing Manager
The Loan Servicing Clerk is responsible for assisting and ensuring the accuracy of data entered on the computer system for all loans as well as ensuring prompt and accurate processing of loan documents, payments, and other bank transactions.

What You'll Do:
- Review, process, upload, and maintain all consumer, residential, and commercial loans
- Scan all loan documents
- Maintain various tracking systems/tickler reports
- Prepare and send customer notices, as necessary
- Balance loan-related general ledger accounts
- Work with both customers and co-workers to resolve any inquiries
- Work with third-party vendors such as attorneys, insurance providers, and auto dealers
