Who you are:
As aLoan Services Team Leader, you are our subject matter expert! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a Loan Services Supervisor in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of Loan Services personnel. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills to provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues. You are passionate about people and can't wait to motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines as a team.
What you'll do:

• Control the flow of work to ensure that all activities are completed, and deadlines are met
• Assist and support Loan Services personnel with the completion of daily activities
• Provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues to Loan Services personnel, Lenders, Assistants, and other bank personnel
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work completed
• Assist in the training of personnel
• Aid Supervisor in conducting meetings, employee reviews, counseling, teamwork, and mentoring
• Discuss personnel issues with Supervisor and/or Manager
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Strong communication skills

• Loan experience
• Debit and credit/general ledger exposure
