Essential Functions
- Load and maintain loan accounts in BancPac.
- Generate loan documents in LaserPro.
- Prepare disclosures for real estate loans.
- Perform file maintenance on loan accounts
- Assist customers with loan questions and payments.
- Balance loan-related general ledger accounts.
- Prepare paid-out loan documents.
- Notarize documents
- Order appraisals
- Check back scanned loans/documents to ensure all documents have been scanned into Bank Manager.
- Coordinate and organize workload to correspond with scheduled loan closings for multiple loan officers to provide quality customer service.
- Provide assistance to loan officers/assistants concerning proper loan policy underwriting, collateral liens, regulatory requirements, and execution of loan documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school or equivalent GED.
- 2-4 years of related experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.
- Exceptional organization and diligence with details is important.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Average computer and keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
- Reasoning Development - must be able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagrammatic, or schedule form.
- Math Development - must be able to solve mathematical problems using techniques such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
