Job Description:
As a Licensed Loan Officer at Connection Service Center, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the loan application process for our clients in Florida. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement:
- Interact with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice on loan products and services offered by Connection Service Center.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Loan Origination:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the best loan options for clients based on their financial profiles.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan approval.
- Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all loan transactions adhere to state and federal lending guidelines.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application and closing process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively engage in networking and business development activities to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other industry partners.
Requirements:
Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License:
- Must hold a valid Mortgage Loan Originator license in the state of Florida.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and compliance standards.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Team Player:
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with loan origination software and other relevant tools.
