Loan Officer

Anna-Jonesboro National Bank is seeking applications for the following position: Loan Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The Loan Officer generates and develops business through consumer, real estate and commercial lending.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Engages in consumer, real estate and commercial lending.

· Performs necessary underwriting to determine approval of loan requests.

· Collects the required financial documents from borrowers.

· Reviews their individual loan portfolio to determine the appropriate risk rating for each loan.

· Properly inspect collateral as needed and ensure perfection of liens.

· Manages past-due loans including making collection calls and developing workout plans.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma is required.

· 3+ years of lending experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to work in a general office setting, operate office equipment and work at a computer for a long period of time.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
