The Role

The Loan Modification Specialistat Tricolor Holdings will calculate final modification terms, draft Loan Modification agreements, and update the system of record for modification implementations. Help our customers that are facing financial hardships and cannot pay their loans to modify them and make the proper arrangements. Will assist with the timely processing of consumer auto Loan Modifications.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Accurately processing financial modification documents according to the specifications.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Auto team, including updating loan data for entry into the financial institution servicing platform and assembling correct documentation.
• Contact the customers to obtain the necessary information to manage their application as well as any documents they need to process the Loan Modification.
• Ensure the customer is aware of the status/result of the present and future payments.
• Apply current knowledge of modification guidelines, fees, collections strategies, practices, and trends and integrate them into customer conversations in a professional manner.
• Meet all loan deadlines and demonstrate a helpful and professional attitude toward our internal and external customers.

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred: two-year Associate or four-year bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of recent experience in Auto processing.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experience with Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae strongly preferred.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer software and experience with loan accounting systems.
