Dew Software, a prominent player in the Digital Transformation space, is seeking a skilled Loan Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the loan industry, helping them navigate the loan application process and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities- Configuring and Implementing DNA Core Processing Functionality and DNA's core Loan Products with client's product specifications
- Configure and implement DNA Deposit products with client's product information
- Manage/resolve service cases relating to the Lending Doman, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team
- Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues in the Lending domain
- Assisting the client with redefining the Loan Servicing processes and procedures
- Assist with set-up and management of processing functionality for loan job applications
- Testing new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
- Engaging with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion
- Write and Execute SQL scripts to index information from core databases or to update database fields
- Assisting the client to define proper institution parameters and system settings for Loan jobs and products
- Responsible to assist client in testing any applicable custom code in the Lending domain
- Provide support to other Implementation Consultant roles as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years DNA core processing system experience OR
- 5+ years of experience working in the banking and/or credit union industry OR
- Other core implementation experience.
- Analytical thinking & highly motivated to execute on deliverables on time
- Experience in MS office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client facing experience with internal/external clients
- Flexibility to work after hours/on-call as needed basis
- Travel up to 50-60%, may include weekend and holidays
