We have an opportunity on day shift for a Loading and Unloading Specialist at the Timken Aurora Bearing facility. The job responsibilities include:

• Ensure accurate product packaging and labeling, and handle products with proper care.
• Assist delivery drivers in unloading incoming products and store them appropriately.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., truck, forklift, power pallet lifter) to move materials.
• Utilize necessary equipment to load and unload vehicles.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts to maintain inventory control.
• Complete production forms by reading, interpreting, and following instructions.
• Collaborate with the operation of sawing, turning, and grinding machinery.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency in shop math.
• Ability to effectively follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with co-workers, suppliers, and plant leadership.
• 1st Shift hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm and 2nd shift is from 3:30pm - 12:00am.

You should have proficiency in:

• Packaging Experience
• Meets Physical Requirements
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
