Load Planner/Dispatcher

Trans Alliance Group, LLC is seeking a Load Planner/Dispatcher to join our operations team. This is a full-time position at the Trans Alliance terminal in Greenville, OH working 40-50 hours per week + On Call.

As a Load Planner/Dispatcher, you will:

· Dispatch fleet of professional drivers by planning/scheduling to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of freight to all Trans Alliance customers

· Establish 1-on-1 relationships with all drivers to promote the company’s moto of “Delivering Confidence”

· Promote and maintain the safety culture established by the company and the Dept of Transportation

· Contact/Communicate with customers on a daily basis about current freight needs, and to provide updates on pick-ups and deliveries

· Deal directly with current customer base to negotiate and book all available freight

· Actively pursue new customers and freight opportunities

· Enter, edit, and update all appropriate information into internal OS (Axon & Samsara)

· Collaborate with other departments (Safety, HR, Invoicing, Maintenance)
