LMS/LXP Analyst

Seeking a skilled LMS/LXP analyst to join a well - known technology organization to administer Learning Management System and Learning Experience platforms such as Cornerstone Saba and Degreed LXP. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SABA LMS and have customized and automated manual tasks using REST APIs and/or SDKs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Administer and manage corporate LMS and Learning Experience platforms Saba and Degreed for business users across the Organization.

· Continuously look for opportunities to improve user experience via automation, customization.

· Manage integrations and connection points between the LMS and other systems.

· Manage support tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

· Stay current on the capabilities of the LMS platform and industry trends to recommend solutions to User problems and challenges.

· Create and maintain up to date documentation, Job aids, artifacts as well as providing training to end-users of the LMS.

· Import SCORM, AICC and Tin Can packages into the Learning Management Systems and build courses within Cornerstone SBX.

· Test and ensure files are SCORM compliant and work in LMS.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience.

· 3+ years of experience in administering and managing Learning Management Systems, preferably with Saba.

· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, Excel, and data analysis.

· Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work proactively, collaboratively, and effectively in a team environment.

· Outstanding attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
