LMS Technologist I JOB SUMMARY:
The LMS Technologist I administers the Learning Management System (LMS) of online and instructor-led training, data tracking, analysis, and reporting. This position will also administer the compliance program courses for all team members and contribute to establishing and maintaining Learning Development office operations, systems, and processes.
LMS Technologist I ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
* Performs system administration for the learning management systems (Learning Hub FIS Academy) to include building curricula, creating learning assignments and maintaining the course catalog.
* Conducts troubleshooting, utilizes vendor technical support tools and services, and actively monitors and addresses team member and manager questions.
* Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves problems with course design, LMS configuration and infrastructure.
* Partners with the Compliance department for identifying training requirements for incumbents and new hires that align with Federal and State regulatory requirements.
* Shares program participation and completion reports with the compliance and risk team to ensure they can successfully manage the quarterly compliance learning policy and escalation process.
* Trains users on the use of the system's self-serve functionalities such as reporting, dashboards, finding and assigning training.
* Compiles and communicates performance metrics for online and classroom training courses to measure effectiveness.
* Tests changes to the LMS, posts, and test e-learning modules, ensuring accurate audience assignment and assessment scoring. Oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management system.
* Monitors and maintains the career development coaching (performance management tool), goal setting, and succession planning processes within the LMS software.
* Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC, and GLBA/privacy rules.
* Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.

LMS Technologist I REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Basic knowledge in Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems, various eLearning and reporting tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Ability to meet customer/client needs.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Equivalent Education/Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, training development, teaching, instructional design.
* 0-2 years of LMS administration experience, preferably with Cornerstone
* Experience with Articulate Storyline or Camtasia preferred.
* Mortgage and/or Financial industry experience a plus.
* Project Management experience a plus.
