Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Livestream Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for engaging with audiences on social media platforms like TikTok, and a proven track record of driving sales through livestreaming events. As a Livestream Sales Associate, you will be responsible for hosting engaging livestream sessions on TikTok to showcase Wyze products, interact with viewers, and drive sales through promotional offers and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host 1-2 (minimum 2 hours each event) engaging and informative livestream sessions on TikTok to showcase Wyze products and demonstrate their features and benefits.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations.
• Shooting Short Videos: Create creative short videos for our TikTok brand account as needed (biweekly)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and promotional offers for livestream events.
• Drive sales by promoting special discounts, limited-time offers, and exclusive bundles during livestream sessions.
• Monitor livestream analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in livestreaming and social media marketing, and make recommendations for optimizing our approach.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team based on viewer engagement and feedback from livestream events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience hosting livestream events on TikTok or other social media platforms, with a focus on driving sales and engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with audiences and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Smart Home Technology and a passion for consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with TikTok's features, algorithms, and community guidelines.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating engaging content ideas.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in sales or retail, with a focus on consumer electronics or technology products.
• Familiarity with livestreaming tools and software, such as OBS Studio or Streamlabs.
• Basic video editing skills, including the ability to create short, engaging video clips for social media.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience collaborating with social media influencers to promote products.
