Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper

We are looking for a full time live-in nanny starting sometime around mid-May 2024, in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. We would have you join us part-time prior to May to get acquainted with our family and learn from our current nanny.

Benefits include private living quarters, all meals paid for, room + board + tv, paid time off, a car at your disposal and a gas allowance will be provided. Additional benefits to be discussed. This position is salaried on the books and can Include health benefits.

The job will primarily revolve around caring for our 1 year old daughter. Our 3-year-old son is in school daily. Our daughter will start school in the fall and the responsibilities will change slightly at that time to include additional house maintenance responsibilities. The position is daily, Monday-Saturday. We are looking for someone who wants to commit to being with our family long term, preferably at least 2 years.

The ideal candidate will:

-age: Ideally 40+

-Be flexible with their time,

-Be responsible - with many years of childcare experience,

-Has many years of housekeeping/cleaning experience,

-Has a drivers license and is comfortable driving children,

-Has references,

-Can handle 2 kids at one time with ease,

-Is calm and patient in demeanor,

-Is willing to go above and beyond to do a great job,

-Is a self-starter,

-Is organized and can multitask,

-Can cook,

-Can swim,

-Can travel with the family as needed,

-Is English speaking,

-Is comfortable around a dog (non-shedding).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
