Live-In Caregivers Needed ASAP

Griswold Care Pairing is a non-medical home care agency, serving Columbia and surrounding Midlands. We are currently looking for live-in (24/7) caregivers for shifts throughout the Columbia area! If you are professional, reliable, qualified, and passionate about caring for senior citizens or people with disabilities, let’s talk!

Specific Shifts Available:

• 24/7 L/I Caregivers are needed seven days a week, on weekends, and on weekdays!
• Shifts typically run from 8 am to 8 am Monday to Monday.

Compensation:

• Competitive Rates!
• 24-Hr Live-in rates range from $150-$200 per day.

• Coordinators will work with you to refer you to the cases that meet your skill-set.
• Flexible hours – You pick the days and the hours that meet your schedule
• Live-in clients provide room and board with eight hours of sleep, while you are assisting the client with all of his or her care needs.
• Paid weekly, VIA check or direct deposit.

Duties Include:

Personal Care - Light Housekeeping - Companionship - Transportation and/or Errands - Safety Supervision - Independence Training - Lifting - Transfers (equipment provided, as needed)- Meal Prep- Med Reminders

Qualifications:

• Ability to be compassionate towards others, patient, and sympathetic!
• Desire to have a fulfilling career.
• Clean background (GCP has a zero-tolerance policy).
• Proof of 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon - TB Gold blood test.
• 4-5 References (Personal & Professional)
• Copies of DL, SSC, & Auto Ins (Only if Driving Clients)
• 10-Year Driving Record (Only if Driving clients)
