We are looking for a Production Coordinator to work out of our Buffalo Office in Buffalo, NY.
As Show & Event Services Production Coordinator you will be assisting the production manager with planning and executing show needs. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to, coordinating room setups and supervision of onsite crew.
Summary of essential job functions
- Work with the Production Manager on planning, and executing show needs.
- Work with the Production Manage on organizing R2 documents for client orders and tracking equipment usage.
- Work with the Production Manager with on-site coordination of load-ins, setup, strikes, and load-outs.
- Capable of working independently with minimal assistance in facilitating the design, logistics, and planning of events, yet as part of a team for the final implementation.
- Aid in sustaining INSPIRE’s quality standards and profitability.
- Demonstrate evidence of organization and answerability in position.
- Assist company in strategies for a safe and green working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Working familiarity with R2 Rental Management Software experience preferred or similar
- Demonstrate and encourage the job mission to clients and other INSPIRE team members.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to travel extensively and hold a current passport.
- Excellent in customer service, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and directions in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Skills and Specifications
- Required demonstrable knowledge of Vector Works and/or CAD experience preferred
- Ability to interact seamlessly with both sales and operation team members.
- Ability to interact with clients on site in the absence of Account Executive.
