Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the store team to achieve performance goals and enhance customer and associate satisfaction
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities, maintaining high standards of service and profitability
• Motivate, direct, and coach team members to excel in their roles, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to Little Caesars procedures
• Utilize cost-control tools to manage food, paper, and labor costs effectively, contributing to increased sales and revenues
• Provide a fun and professional working environment focused on takeout service
