Job Description
Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant needed for a well-established Personal Injury Law Firm.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of at least 1-2 years of experience in Civil Litigation and preferably have experience or knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury.
Duties:
· Requesting Medical Records and Bills
· Request Updated/Final Liens
· Scheduling depositions, hearings, and appointments with clients
· Organizing documents
· E-filing experience is a plus, but we will train
· Calendaring experience is a plus, but we will train
· Assist the Litigation Secretaries and Paralegals with daily duties
