Job description

Job Title: Service Technician Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment and systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction - Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role - Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Skills: - Paralegal experience is a plus - Proficiency in iManage or similar document management software - Strong proofreading skills for reviewing legal documents - Experience conducting interviews for legal case management purposes - Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools - Understanding of contract management processes - Project management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent writing skills for preparing reports and documentation We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
