LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

MUST HAVE: 3-5 years' real estate litigation experience.

Highly-reputable real estate law firm is looking for a highly skilled Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of

real estate litigation experience. Practice areas should include real estate-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong research and writing skills with the ability to produce polished, professional documents.

• Knowledge of City and State Court practice and procedure.

• Knowledge of NYS regulatory statutes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment with a diverse practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to:

• Representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters.

• Handling various aspects of litigation

• Negotiate and drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.

COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS:

• Salary: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
