A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in the Blue Bell, PA office for a Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in litigation, labor & employment, and ERISA matters. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
- Federal clerkship required.
- Experience with complex commercial disputes, class actions, claims under ERISA, and employment discrimination required.
- Large law firm experience required.
