JOB SUMMARY
The Litigation Associate will represent clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent and inventorship disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Qualified applications will have a degree in engineering or life sciences, as well as 2-4 years of IP litigation experience. Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment. Presence in the office environment during regularly scheduled hours is an important and expected requirement of this position, though flexible arrangements are currently in effect during the COVID-19 pandemic.
