Founded in 1982, A Federal Employment Law Firm is a boutique litigation and government affairs law firm in Washington, D.C. We are a premier federal employment and federal practice group seeking legal talent to join the law practice as a Litigation Associate Attorney. We represent individuals and federal agencies in a wide array of civil and administrative litigation on employment issues, security clearance proceedings, attorney disciplinary matters, and federal government investigations.Our clients are officials from across the entire Executive Branch, including executives, Foreign Service Officers, medical personnel, law enforcement officers, intelligence officers, and attorneys. We assist employers with difficult, sensitive, and high-profile employee misconduct matters, addressing conduct and performance problems and conducting workplace investigations. We litigate cases before federal district and appellate courts, including novel questions of statutory and constitutional interpretation, and before federal administrative agencies.

This position reports directly to a Partner Attorney.
This is a full-time position located in downtown Washington, D.C. (Farragut North Metro-Red Line).
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years at a law firm, DOJ, or similar experience.
- Previous litigation experience is a must.
- Ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
- An interest in government.
- Collegiality.
- Business Acumen.
- DC Bar license or waive-in eligibility.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
