Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

This busy personal injury practice in Northwest Montana is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its skilled and experienced team. The position will include counseling clients, interviewing medical providers, document (medical and legal) review and processing, legal research, drafting a variety of pleadings and motions, deposition preparation and attendance, other discovery work, evidence gathering, and assistance at trial. Must be or be willing to become licensed to practice in Montana. We request the associate also become licensed in Oregon. Experience and/or interest in mass torts and class actions a plus.
