The Law Firm of Las Vegas Construction Lawyers is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of two to three years of experience to join the Firm. Qualified candidates must be licensed in Nevada, team players, self-motivated and critical thinkers. Ideal candidates will be able to assist with and participate in: (i) motion practice (including researching for, drafting and arguing motions); (ii) preparing for, summarizing and/or defending and taking depositions; and (iii) representing clients at trials and arbitrations.
