As our Listing Manager, you will be handling the home sell process from agreement signed to under contract. You will be working directly with our high-performing agents and being the face of the Wilde Team for our Sellers. This is an amazing opportunity for part-time work that can grow into more full-time status while learning from the best transaction coordinator in the business.

Duties:

• Walk Sellers through what to expect next with listing their home on the market
• Scheduling photography, marketing materials and sign installation
• Working with Sellers to approve all digital advertising
• Setting up open house kits for Agents
• Constant email/text communication with Sellers, Agents and our Transaction Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Must be independent, trustworthy, dependable and coachable
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Enjoys working hard & learning with high performers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
