- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with assistance
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell products to customers to increase sales revenue
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless or electronics sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
