French Quarter Bar/Restaurant:
- Ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- Adhere to compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Closing duties and breakdown of kitchen daily

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- In-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
