Essential Functions Statements
- Marshal aircraft
- Create and maintain a welcoming and customer service oriented environment
- Present a professional image
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients and crew members to maximize client satisfaction and to secure long-term business relationships
- Effectively communicate company’s full range of services (charter, catering, etc.)
- Process customer purchase and fuel transactions on a daily basis
- Responsible for trip details including but not limited to passenger catering, transportation, lodging and other needs
- Manage communication lines, multiple phone system and a two- way radio.
- Fuel and move aircraft (no previous experience required, we will train)
- Provide amenities for customers (coffee, ice, newspaper, etc.)
- Organize and clean for facility as necessary on a daily basis
- Provide ground support equipment
- Assist with baggage and escort passengers to other facilities
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Complete the Safety First training - N.A.T.A. (National Air and Transportation Association)

Work Environment
This job operates in an environment that varies from office to shop-floor locations, ramp & outdoors with potential adverse weather conditions and high noise levels.
This is a largely physical role.
This is a full-time position with working hours and shifts that may vary between rotating shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with department and business needs. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from department manager

Required Education, Experience and Certificates
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education, Experience and Certificates
1 year of general aviation experience
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employee must be a US citizen
