Position Profile:
The Service Technician for A-OK Office Systems will service, repair, troubleshoot, and perform networking tasks on all our digital imaging devices, such as copiers, printers, fax, and scanners. He will also assist the sales department with installation and set-up of equipment at customers locations. Must adhere to company motto, “Service. . . Is Our Most Important Product.”

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record is a must
· Proof of car insurance
· Minimum of 21 years of age
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
· Must be a self-starter
· Must be capable of working independently
· Ability to handle high stressful situations and thrive under pressure
· Impeccable integrity and honesty
· Have an understanding of mechanical and networking concepts
· Ability to work 40-hours per week
· Ability to pull, push and/or lift up to fifty (50) pounds
· Ability to bend, stoop and kneel for periods of time
· Prior experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform preventative maintenance and repair problem issues on monochrome and color digital multi-function copier/printer equipment
· Follow troubleshooting skills and procedures
· Complete all service calls and reports in a timely manner
· Gather information from customer to properly resolve network and fax issues
· Provide customer with clear and correct information regarding their equipment
· Establish good working relationship with each customer
· Present yourself as a company professional at all times
· Maintain excellent communication skills; both oral and written
· Ability to travel and work over-time when needed (company vehicle provided)
Education and/or experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Certificates or licenses for any computer / networking programs
· Networking skills required
Physical Requirements:
· Due to the nature of the job requirements this position is considered a safety-sensitive position. Random drug testing may be performed. Our employees visit federal, tribal and religious properties to conduct company business, so we adhere to all applicable state and federal laws pertaining to safety issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
