Gus' Snug is an authentic Irish pub located in downtown Clawson. We are more than just a bar or a place to eat - we are the heart of the community. Our pub celebrates the rich history of Ireland and offers a culture of hospitable surroundings, good food, good drinks, and friendly conversation, also known as \Craic\.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Following prep recipes and proper food handling procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Proper food handling skills
• Reading and speaking English
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
