Our professional staffing agency is seeking to hire for all kitchen positions (Dishwashers through Executive Chefs) with a minimum of one year of experience. Sous Chef's, Chef's & Executive Chef's should have a minimum of 5 years experience.
For Sous Chef's and above positions, successful candidates should have knowledge in a wide variety of culinary techniques, including creating new dishes through the use of alternative ingredients. This position also requires strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the quality of ingredients used in preparation of food.
- Schedule and organize staff to ensure a fully functioning kitchen.
- Organize and oversee kitchen staff during shifts as assigned.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to prepare and cook various menu items.
- Serve food to customers in order to meet the restaurant's customer service standards.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
