Hours are Monday-Sunday varying from 8am-10pm depending on the shift (6-8 hour shift avg). Morning shift is responsible for prep, setting up the kitchen, and lunch service. Evening shift is responsible for completing unfinished prep, cleaning tasks, evening service, and closing / cleaning the kitchen.
Other responsibilities include preparing gourmet food using fresh ingredients and various cooking equipment. Applicants must be reliable, able to work efficiently - accurately - and swiftly, follow directions, willing to learn and improve daily, show pride in their work, and have a strong work ethic. This kitchen is very team oriented and there is no room for negativity or slacking. This is a very fast paced environment.
