Responsibilities:
-Assist Chef in cooking meals according to the menu plan.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces, etc.
- The first Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
-Assist Brewer with sanitizing equipment, dishes, etc. as needed
-Backup for Beer tender
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
-Bartending experience preferred
-Flexibility in positions within the Brewery
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and dependability are also important qualities for this role.
