Requirements:
- 1-2 years of upscale restaurant kitchen experience
- Proficiency in various cooking styles and techniques
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and uphold quality standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook vegetable accompaniments for protein dishes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all protein dishes
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Physical Demands:
- Work indoors in a moderate temperature environment
- Stand for extended periods (Up to 8 hours)
- Lift Up to 20 lbs. regularly
- Use manual dexterity for equipment
- Perform tasks like bending, climbing, and repetitive motions
