Our Line Cooks have high culinary integrity, a passion for creating beautiful food, and a flair for creating an overall enchanting experience in an open kitchen. There are a few skills you should already have:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in sending folks off with a smile
• You have existing knife skills and know culinary terms
• You have a sense of urgency and can move and groove quickly
• You understand that work is best - and more fun - with teamwork
• You're proficient in the world of cooking and can follow direction/instruction well
• we love to hear if you’ve got experience working in a busy restaurant

So what will you be doing?

• Working along comrades, creating an incredible experience for all guests
• Be a proud cook, putting out beautiful Mediterranean inspired dishes
• follow service steps to meet brand standards
• prep for meal periods, have a good 'Mise en place' and keep an ergonomic station
• work the cold station, sometimes the wheel; keep the momentum behind the line and have a keen sense of timing for producing the correct plates and items and the right time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
