The admin is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned department. This position requires a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office as well as the ability to communicate effectively when dealing with other associates, supervisors, operations managers, and staff. Depending on work volume the Admin can be tasked with various tasks from other departments when needed.

- 1st Shift 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Monday through Friday
Base rate paid bi-weekly: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

- Provides administration support for labor management utilizing Manhattan WMS.
- Coordinate administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and create SOPs, Training Checklists, and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assure administrative functions are processed in a timely manner.
- Support other areas as needed
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Use independent judgment and be self-motivated.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, utilize a computer and Microsoft Office, conduct business related mathematics, and analyze data as required.
- Bring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
- Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
- Always maintain confidentiality.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months previous experience preferred.
- Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel.
