We love promoting from within and opportunities are always coming up. For example if you are hired as a Line Cook, next step would be Crew Captain (shift lead), then a Kitchen Supervisor, after that Kitchen Manager. This could also go into a Head Chef or Executive Chef position.

You must be able to execute LuLu's standards on all food specifications. -Passion and Quality is important. You need to be able to portion, prepare and cook food items in a timely fashion while maintaining the LuLu's way!
-Food Safety! Understanding the importance of food safety is duh, important. We will teach you and then teach you and then re teach you the importance of this.
-Communication! Be able to effectively and "nicely" communicate to your co-workers and management team. -Experience!
